Delivery Information and Procedure
If you're considering purchasing from our online store, please note that we only post to UK mainland addresses.
When you do purchase an item from our website the status of your transaction automatically enters the 'Processing' stage.
If you register an account at the time of purchase or already have an account with us, you can log in to our website here and view the status of your order at any time.
When your item has been packaged and the courier has been booked we'll change your order status to 'Shipped'.
The courier we use is myHermes, further information is available from their website here.
They then take over responsibility for delivery of your parcel, all items sent can be tracked and items with a value greater than £65 need to be signed for to provide us with proof of delivery.
If we have your email address we'll pass this on to myHermes who will provide you with details about your delivery including a tracking number in order that you may log on to the myHermes website and track your parcel.
Please allow 5-7 working days to receive the item from the time the status of your order changes to 'Shipped'.
