Returns Procedure

Thank you for purchasing from The Glass Box Company online store, we hope you're happy with your purchase and look forward to serving you again in the near future.

We do not accept returns of any items sold unless there is a valid reason to do so and we have accepted the return.
However this does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Any items returned must be in the original condition & in the original packaging as received. 

If you have a problem with the item you have purchased and we have agreed you have a valid reason for return then please follow the this procedure:

1. Please request a returns authorisation number by completing the form our website here
Fill in the online form with relevant details, your original order number and state the reason for return.
Please note this procedure must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

2. If we agree to the return of the items we will issue you with a returns number via your contact details.

3. Once you receive the returns authorisation, please package the item(s) safely and securely in their original packaging, include the returns authorisation number then send to:
The Glass Box Company, Unit 218 Trentham Shopping Village, Stone Road, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent. ST4 8JG.
Unless previously agreed the return postage will be at the expense of the customer.

4. Upon receipt we will inspect the goods and if all the above procedures have been followed correctly we will initiate a refund of the original purchase price.

Please retain your proof of postage for your records.
